    We make use of an excellent On-boarding Monitoring Program. Research shows that new recruits go through different stages within the first 9 months of entering a new work environment. First the honeymoon phase, followed by the hangover phase and then the phase of intent to stay or leave. We use Industrial Psychologists that coach new recruits through these stages to ensure that the candidate effectively adopts to the new working environment.

    This process entails three assessments and coaching sessions though the On-boarding Monitor to assist the new recruit. Each recruit will receive a report for development purposes and to ensure their wellbeing is looked after. The OBM will ensure that the candidate is successfully integrated in their new position.
